I can do both modded and vanilla characters. Any server is a-okay.

I do not do lalafell nsfw at all. But will allow for small clothes to show markings/tattoos.

You can either provide the mcfds/mod packs or I can meet in game if you're vanilla.

If your character is modded and you do not provide the mcfds or mod packs, I cannot work on the sheet unless you want it vanilla.

For mcfds and mod packs, they will be deleted once reference sheet has been delivered and gotten the approval for it.

For mcfds, I don't know how to rip off the mods and neither will I learn to.

Please be respectful to me while communicating to me.

Do not ghost me if you decide not to want a slot anymore. Please communciate it!

You are to provide payment before I start on decorating. I do not do payments but I am willing to hold a spot for a client to get the right amount of gil provided.

You are to provide housing items for me to decorate. I will not be crafting anymore due to my medical condition.

I work at my own pace and it may take me some time to finish it. Especially if I'm in school, I will be taking longer or a break from housing until the semester is over.

I do use modded tools for decorating for ease of use. If you would not like me to use them, please let me know. I will take longer to get it done and will need to take breaks due to my medical condition if we decide to go with not using mods.

If I haven't started on your house but have items planned out and you want to drop the commissions, I require a fee for the time I put into planning out. Failure to do so will have you on my blacklist for future endeavors, even photos.

If I am decorating your house and you want to drop it, I do require a fee for this. It would be more than the planning phase!

I can only do apartments and housing if you play on PC. I currently do not have my PS4 and can change in the future but as for now, it's pc only. I can do the others on PC.

I require the house to be empty or almost empty when I start decorating. If you have the items added in already, that is fine.
